Returns & rental policy
Everything that governs sending a piece back: the resale return window, the rental return deadline, what cleaning and the damage waiver cover, and when your deposit hold is released.

01Preloved purchase returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Open the request from your orders desk, choose a reason and upload photographs.
The seller reviews first; if they dispute it, the Libre desk decides. Approved returns are refunded to the original card within five working days of the item being received and inspected.
Items must come back unworn, with tags and any authentication seals intact. Pieces described accurately but returned damaged may be refunded in part.
02Rental returns
Return the piece using the prepaid label on or before the final day of your loop. Tracking is what counts, so drop off before the last collection that day.
Late returns are charged at the standard daily rate per extra day, taken from the deposit hold, because the next renter is waiting.
03Cleaning and turnaround
Professional dry cleaning is included in every rental total — send the piece back as worn, never clean it yourself.
Lenders set turnaround buffer days between bookings; those dates are blocked automatically in the availability calendar.
04Damage waiver
The waiver on every rental covers minor accidental damage — a popped seam, a small stain, a missing hook — that cleaning or a quick repair resolves.
It does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, alteration, or failure to return. Those fall to the renter in full.
05Deposits
Deposits are authorised as a hold on your card at checkout, not charged. Nothing leaves your account unless there is a settled deduction.
Once the lender confirms the return and the condition check passes, the hold is released in full. Card issuers typically clear the pending amount within 3–5 working days.
Where damage is reported, the dispute centre runs: report, photographs, cost estimate, your response, desk review, decision — full release, partial deduction or full deduction.
