Request collection
Open your order and pick a slot. A carbon-neutral courier collects within 48 hours, or drop at any partner atelier.

Repack in the sleeve
Everything ships in a reusable garment sleeve with a prepaid label already inside. No box, no tape.

Inspection & re-certification
We grade condition, professionally clean and update the ESG ledger before the piece re-lists.

Refund or release
Preloved refunds settle in 3 working days. Rental deposits release the moment inspection clears.
Policy at a glance
- Rentals
- Four-day minimum. Extend any time; late returns are £8/day.
- Preloved purchases
- 14 days to return for any reason, refund to original payment method.
- Damage
- Minor wear is expected and covered. Damage protection caps your liability at £50.
- Authentication
- If a piece fails authentication, you are refunded in full, including delivery.
